late Mrs. V. Kamalammal
(wife of R. Venkatswami Naidu, textiles baron and founder of CIT College, Coimbatore) started the G.R. Charity Trust In 1960 and the R.V.G. Educational Trust in 1961, to commemorate her brother G. Ramaswamy Naidu and her father R.V. Guruswami Naidu, who had expired in 1959 and 1960 respectively. Born in Naikanoor, a small village near the School, in 1920, she had the desire of providing education for the children of the area and worked with passion towards her vision throughout her life.

is the grandson of the founder. He is the Managing Director of Lambodhara Textiles Limited and shares his grandmother’s desire of contribution through education. His success story is of great inspiration to the school team and his leadership skills, pragmatism and knowledge of the business world contribute to bridge the too often lamented gap between education and industry. He personally supports the school for its infrastructural needs and his company sponsors a “Merit Scholarship” for several students.

வேலை வேண்டும் என்ற எனக்கு வேலை கொடுத்து மகிழ்ச்சி பொங்கச் செய்தது மட்டுமின்றி வேலை செய்யும் என்னையும் ஒரு பொருட்டாக மதித்து என் வெவ்வேறு சூழ்நிலைகளிலும் என்னை அனுசரித்து வழிநடத்தியதற்கு நான் வேலை செய்கிறேன் என்பதை மறந்து நானும் இவா்களில் ஒருவா் என்னும் அளவிற்கு நினைக்க வைக்கிறது.

பள்ளியில் வாரந்தோறும் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை நடைபெறும். இறைவணக்கம் அசெம்பிளி (Assembly) நிகழ்ச்சி குழந்தைகளின் திறனை வெளிக்கொணரும் மற்றும் ஊக்குவித்தல் ஆகும். (மேற்கண்ட நிகழ்ச்சி)
கற்றல் - கற்பித்தல் பணி மிகவும் சிறப்புடையதாக உள்ளது. குழந்தைகள் எளிதில் உள்வாங்கும் தன்மை உடையதாக உள்ளது. (Xseed முறை) (எ.டு) என் குழந்தை Half டம்ளர் Full டம்ளர் என்பதைக் கவனமாகக் கூறுகிறாள்.
பள்ளியின் சுகாதாரம், சுற்றுப்புறப் பாதுகாப்பு நன்றாக உள்ளது. வகுப்பறையில் குழந்தைகளின் படிப்பறிவு சம்பந்தமான வரைபடங்கள், அமைப்பு நன்றாக உள்ளது.

நமது பள்ளியில் பல தினங்கள் கொண்டாடுகிறோம். நமது பள்ளியில் கல்வியை மட்டும் போதிக்காமல் இலக்கிய தினம், கடல் தினம், அறிவியல் தினம், விளையாட்டு தினம், ஆண்டு விழா, மாசுபாடு தினம், ஆரோக்கிய தினம் இத்தனை தினங்களை போதிக்கிறார்கள். இதனால் என் மனம் என் மகள் மனம் சந்தோஷமாக இருக்கிறது மற்றும் என் மகனை பள்ளி, மெருகூட்டுகிறது. பள்ளி என் மகனுக்கு கல்வியை மட்டும் கற்றுக் கொடுக்காமல் ஒழுக்கமும் நல்ல பழக்கம், பணிவு கற்று கொடுக்கிறது.

குழந்தைகளின் மன உடல் வளர்ச்சிக்கு ஏற்ப புத்துணர்ச்சி தரக்கூடிய வகையில் உள்ள நல்ல காற்றோட்டமான வகுப்பறைகள், இயற்கை சூழல் நிறைந்த மரங்களுக்கு நடுவில் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. மிகவும் பெருமை பட கூடிய ஒன்றாகும்.
தற்போது இப்பள்ளியை தரமிகு உயர்ந்த லட்சியத்தை தரக்கூடிய மாணவர்களின் சிந்தனை வளர்ச்சியையும், தன்னம்பிக்கையையும் கொண்டு வர தற்போதைய தாளளர் திருமதி. ஜுலியாகோ சந்தோஷ் அவர்களின் முயற்சி பெருமைப்பட கூடியதாகும். “ஒரு பெண் கல்வி கற்றால் அவளின் சமுதாயமே அறிவுள்ள சமுதாயமாக வளரும் என்பது ஆன்றோர் வாக்கு” ஆனால் அவர்களின் எண்ணற்ற பெண்கள் படித்திருந்தாலும் அவர்களில் உயாpய கல்விப்பணி பல குடும்பங்களை தரத்தில் உயர்த்துகிறது என்பதில் ஐயமில்லை.”
மேலும் சிறந்த முறையில் மாணவர்களை உருவாக்க நன்கு கற்ற பயிற்சி மிக்க ஆசிரியர்கள் (இருபால்) உள்ளனர். பள்ளியை சாரியான திட்டத்ததுடன் நடத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கும் முதல்வர் அவர்கள், மற்றும் நிர்வாக இயக்குநாpன் பணி பாராட்டுதற்குறியதாகும். மேலும் குழந்தைகளின் அறிவு வளர்ச்சியை உணர்ந்து கற்கும் வகையில் கணிப்பொறி, அறிவியல் ஆய்வகங்கள் உள்ளன. உடல் திறன்களை வெளிக் கொண்டுவர உடற்பயிற்சி மைதானம் உள்ளது. மாணவச் செல்வங்கள் பள்ளியிலிருந்து வீடு வரை நல்ல நிலையில் இயங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் பள்ளிப் பேருந்துகள் சாpயாக வாகனத்தை ஓட்டும் ஓட்டுனர்கள் என பலர் உள்ளனர்.
மாணவர்களுக்கு கல்வியை மட்டுமே போதிக்காமல் கூடவே ஒழுக்கத்தையும் கற்பித்து நல்ல மாணவர்களை உருவாக்கி வரும் R.V.G மெட்ரிக் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளியை ஓரிரு வார்த்தைகளில் மேலும் வளர்ச்சி பெறவும், இப்பள்ளியில் பயிலும் மாணவச் செல்வங்கள் சிறந்த தலைவர்களாக வளரவும் வாழ்த்தும் இப்பள்ளியில் பயிலும் மாணவியின் பெற்றோரில் நானும் ஒருவன் என்பதை உரித்தாக்கி கொள்கிறேன்.
